fantastic location as Christmas market was just round the corner; extra spacious room, large comfortable bed our room had view of the concrete wall of the building next to the hotel; buffet breakfast offer was a bit poor, shower in our room instead of bathtub |

tidy and clean On the arrival night, the receiptionist (the elder guy) was too pushy for us to join the tour and with the unkind look. For other receiptionists, they are very polite and helpful. |

Iris at reception was superb! She was very helpful, accomodating, well-informed and speaks five lamguages! A great asset. Access by car and parking most cumbersome. |

The big and comfort room that I stayed in. Near all the activitys. Wireless internet should be available at all rooms, they provide me cable but the connection not working and there is a wireless connection in the TV room but the receptionest did not knowing the password....!!!?? |

Iris, the lady at the front desk. She gave the most fantastic service we've ever received in a hotel. Location was fantastic as well. Breakfast was first class...amazing!! |

excellent location! friendly staff(Iris), close to train station. lots of good restaurants nearby there were not enough lights in the bedroom, and the lights were a bit too dim. |
