Location of hotel excellent - at end of Judengasse near Mozartplatz in the Old City. The Deluxe Room was really a suite, well furnished and quite comfortable with many coneniences. Parking is an issue. Space near the hotel is at a premium, if available at all, and one must be creative to have ready access to one's auto (if intending to use it during stay) without exhorbitant parking charges or waiting for staff to retrieve the vehicle. A minor inconvenience - the in-room coffee maker did not work (for $245 a night it really should have). On balance though, a great hotel! |

Location Check in staff were very poor, we would have exüpected a higher level of service from this hotel. Our room was hot with no airconditioning, the staff provided a mobile unit when requested, however it was so noisy we couldnt sleep. Price of the hotel was very high for what they provided. Also left something in the room, rang the hotel and they claimed they had not found it. Would not recomend |

La posizione e la pulizia. La Camere mi è stata consegnata alle ore 15.30, al ritiro dell'auto dal garage mi era stata scambiata con quella di un altro cliente. |

Très bon service personnel parfait. Chambre très agréables, situation parfaite Le petit déjeuner est trop cher (22€), l'hôtel étant situé dans le quartier piétonnier, il faut laisser sa voiture à un voiturier qui va la garer. -> ne rien oublier dedans!!!!!! |

zentral gelegen, schlechte Anfahrt zum hotel, Gepäck wurde auch nach 2 maligem Bitten nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht, veraltete Einrichtung, zudem sollte gerade an der Recception der Name des Hotels ausgeschrieben sein (fehlt ein Buchstabe), daher erfüllen Erwartungen an an ***** Hotel nicht! |
