Friendly, helpful staff - will gladly organise trips & tours for you. Great location in the Altstadt - everywhere is walkable. Nice traditional small hotel, generous breakfast. |

The staff spoke excellent English, was VERY helpful! The room was fantastic, overlooking the old town's street. Most of Salzburg's tourist's sites are in walking distance from the hotel. Hotel Altstadt Weisse Taube was the greatest choice we could make!! Very cosy!! We are definetly coming back to them! A big thank you for the staff! |

Staff were excellent, very helpful and proffessional. The bed was very comfortable (though it was two single beds together as a double bed booking). location. however extremely noisy on the street front - garbage trucks going constantly, room was hot so had to have window open and put up with this noise. The bathroom was terrible. It was a very small plastic shell placed in the corner of the already small room with a toilet, shower and basin crammed into a space far too small for all of it. A few light bulbs were not working, door to the bathroom was a misted glass door which didn't actually cover the entire door way into the plastic shell (had a large gap at top and bottom) and didn't stay shut |

Nice little hotel in a great location by Mozartplaz with bus links to Right Bank c.8 min walk across the river, and bus for Hellbrunn 5 min away.Staff excellent and very willing to help. Breakfast good variety and served to the table. Rooms slightly dark but there is good lighting available. |

The staff was very nice and accomodating. The location was extraordinary making this an excellent choice if you want to kick around Salzburg for a few days. |

Free internet in the lobby, very reasonable wi-fi rate in the room (1 euro per hour) Staff was wonderfully helpful. Location is outstanding - right on the edge of the historic center, but wonderfully quiet. Parking was a little far away, but it was possible to drop luggage right in front of the hotel and go park. |

Excellent location - perfect for visiting old Salzburg. Dont try to find the hotel using your GPS - it simply does not work!!!!! Call and follow their instructions, or print a map and take t with you - otherwise, you will end up driving through the castle property on the hill above old Salzburg! |

The hotel staff showed outstanding service Since it was in the city center the buildings were very close. We could here other people and see them right out of our window. It is totally understandable for its location... I still recommend this hotel! |
