I wanted to bring my wife on this business trip, but that would have doubled the price of the room! Since a few other other hotels in Oberammergau do not double the price for bringing a family member, I might stay at another hotel in the future. I can see an increase in the price of a room, but double? That's too much. |

Staff not overly friendly - felt like I was being scrutinized by on-site health professionals - while it is obvious after your arrival that this facility is predominantly used by retirees, many of whom are undergoing treatment at the adjacent Rheumatoid/Arthritis clinic - if they do not wish to have the general public stay at their hotel then it should be made clear in their hotel advertisement. |

The spa treatments & the helpfulness of the staff. Our room was very near the elevators so people would be outside the room congregating. We'll just request something away from the elevators next time. |

While the rooms are pretty basic, the indoor pool area was very nice. The location was very peaceful and quiet, off the main roads but an easy 10 min walk to the town center. Apparantly the hotel is well known for its spa and wellness facilites..we didn't have time to use them but a considerable part of the hotel is dedicated to spa use. There was confusion about the extra bed I had requested for our son, apparantly you also need to specify 3 persons when requesting a child bed instead of 2 adults plus bed. The front desk staff was helpful and resolved the problem: we got a bed by the time we made it up to the room. |

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel/Fachklinik. Wir bekamen ein umfunktioniertes Einzelzimmer als Doppelzimmer.Im lezten Jahr waren wir sehr zufrieden - diesmal nicht. Das Personal war ausgetauscht - aber z. B. an der Rezeption nicht kompetent. Ansonsten die anderen Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. |

la chambre, grande et confortable et la terrasse l'accueil quasi militaire,l'ambiance lourde,la présence de nombreuses personnes âgees souvent acariâtres,et à 9 heures le buffet du p.dej.était quasi vide!!rapport qualité-prixvraiment pas à la hauteur. |

Il ne s'agit pas d'un véritable hôtel mais plutôt d'un centre de soins pour personnes d'âge mûr à (très) âgées. |

schönes, geräumiges und vor allem ruhiges Zimmer Nein, man muss nur wissen, dass es eigentlich eine "Klinik mit angeschlossenem Hotel" ist - deshalb sind z.B. im Frühstückssaal neben "normalen" Gästen auch Patienten mit Gehhilfen etc. |

Super freundliche Begrüßung. Genaue Auskunft nicht nur übers Hotel sondern auch Veranstaltungen die ausserhalb stattfinden.Ein Grund dafür das ich auf jedenfall wiederkomme und Urlaub mache |

habitaciones muy amplias Es hotel y centro de salud para mayores, con gabinete medico. El gimnasio no es tal, solo una sala con espalderas donde los mayores realizan la reabilitacion, y solo se puede usar desde las 16.00h. La piscina solo se puede usar de 11.00 a 12.00h, el resto del tiemppo esta dedicada a actividades terapeuticas. No hay ni bar ni cafeteria. No hay ninguna informacion en ingles, todo en aleman |
