easy walking distance from the beach and restaurants and town in general. breakfast rather expensive but good choice. Perhaps if we had had a car it would have been difficult to park nearby! |

Location of hotel and view from the room. Very good english spoken by staff. Free internet. The staff at the restaurant were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. When I asked for toast they showed me how to turn on the machine and expected me to do the rest. Which I am aware how to use the toaster but only when it is turned on. When the water was empty they did not replace it. Staff cud use some customer training. They seemed very arrogant and rude. |

The location is excellent with numerous good restaurants on the doorstep. We found that the soundproofing in the hotel was not great and with tiled floors in all the rooms the noise level at times was loud particularly as we were on the 1st floor with 3 floors above us. |

The location of the hotel is very good for access to the local places of interest whilst being isolated from the busy areas The noise isolation between rooms is not good. Parking is difficult and hotel parking very expensive. |

The rooms are very clean and the location is next to the beach and town centre. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful (although we found one to be very rude and abrupt). The rooms were VERY noisy - the cleaners start at 09:00 and they scrape the beds across the floor! The room doors are impossible to close without banging and the corridors echo the noise! If you like to sleep after 09.00 in the morning this is not the hotel for you!! There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We were very disappointed to say this is a four star hotel. |
