Great location, nice rooms, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful in all aspects with our questions concerning local sights and transportation. |

I was upgraded on arrival without asking. The hotel is pretty good all round. There is a big variety of things in the breakfast buffet. I can't fault booking.com or the hotel because the info is accurate.But knowing Madrid a bit better I would prefer to be more central. There are a few bars and restaurants in the hotel area for a quiet night, but I found the places to go are the centre of town (like Sol). It was about 10 min walk to metro, 5 stops, then change to another metro line, another 3 stops.No big problem but about 40 mins |

The reception staff were generally polite but the desk understaffed. The furnishings generally "tired" & well below that I would expect of a 4 star hotel ... and the breakfast was a joke: there was a queue to enter, a very long breakfast buffet |
